VISION Michael Paduano Executive Director Wellness Foundation Palm Springs Our instructors have taught group exercise classes and served as personal trainers. They are educated to and sensitive of the special needs of the adult population in general and the specific needs of the members of any particular organization. The cultural awareness of the specific non-profit organization is carefully considered. Some of the classes are on-going while others are a one-time workshop format. Free instructional DVD’s and/or manuals are provided for follow-up experiences.
"My background experience working within the community has exposed the need for an organization that can provide necessary fitness professionals capable of supplying the unique and special needs for adults and children within our community."
This program will help existing wellness programs to expand and to maintain long-term instructors. Additionally it will help other organizations to further develop their wellness programs.
We would like to help those who are already helping others by providing them the means to either add or expand the wellness component of their work.
...the fitness foundation!
Wellness Foundation Palm Springs, founded in 2009, recognized the need to help established non-profits implement or further develop their exercise programs for fitness or wellness. Our goal is to provide free lectures, seminars, and group exercise classes to existing non-profits. Our trained staff will go to these organizations to demonstrate, educate and encourage members to participate in programs designed to nurture fitness and health.

It is intended to be part of a child’s fitness program, bringing the skills of yoga down
to the level of a child’s interests, understanding and capabilities.
Zoo Yoga was designed by Michael Paduano an international fitness presenter and
yoga teacher. Michael has extensive experience working with children off all ages
and capabilities including the deaf and hard of hard hearing.
Zoo Yoga is a useful tool for parents, teachers and day care providers. It is a fun,
energetic, and creative way for children to stretch and play, an imaginative exploration
that is effective for children as they explore balance, strength and flexibility.
